  • UNION CHROME CO. OPERATED THE MINE IN 1916 AND SHIPPED ABOUT 200 LONG TONS OF THE ORE. APPARENTLY THE MINE HAS BEEN IDLE SINCE AND ONLY A FEW TONS OF LOW-GRADE ORE REMAINS IN THE MINE AND ON THE DUMPS.
