  • ORIGINALLY WORKED PRIOR TO 1888. AROUND 1888 ABOUT $21,000 WAS PRODUCED FROM ORE THAT YIELDED $10 PER TON. SOME WORK DONE ON PROPERTY BT. 1916 AND 1918. IN 1936 MINE WAS REOPENED BY LODE DEVELOPMENT CO AND ACTIVE UNTIL 1939. EIGHTY PERCENT OF THE GOLD IS IN THE NATIVE STATE.
