  • GEOL.DESC: PUMICE LAYER, 12-22' THICK, INTERBEDDED WITH FANGLOMERATE MATERIAL IS WELL EXPOSED IN MINING OPERATIONS AND SHOWS TYPICAL SUBAGUEOUS FEATURES. PUMICE FRAGMENTS ARE ANGULAR, WHITE, AND RANGE FROM 1/16" TO 3" IN DIAMETER. OVERLYING FANGLOMERATE IS AS MUCH AS 20' THICK.
