Comments on the production information

  • ACCORDING TO HENRY SNYDER, ORE VALUED AT $10,000 TO $12,000 (200 TO 300 TONS?) HAD BEEN TAKEN FROM THE DEPOSIT DURING WWI, AND WAS SAID TO CONTAIN ABOUT 40 PERCENT CR2O3. NO SEPARATE REPORT OF PRODUCTION WAS MADE AND IT IS POSSIBLE IT MAY HAVE BEEN ONE MINED BY A. J. SCHMIDT IN 1918.
