  • LEASED AND WORKED DURING 1917-18 BY UNION CHROME CO. REPORTS DO NOT AGREE, BUT APPROX. 85 LONG TONS OF ORE WERE MINED AND SHIPPED IN 1917 AND 54 LONG TONS MINED IN 1918 BUT ONLY 29 TONS WERE SHIPPED; IT IS NOT KNOWN IF THE 25 TONS STOCKED WERE SHIPPED AT A LATER DATE.
