ABOVE CHERT OCCURS THIN CLAY LAYER RETAINING TEXTURES SUGGESTIVE OF ALTERED TUFFACEOUS CLASTICS, FOLLOWED ABOVE BY FIRMER DARK COLORED SERICITIC SLATE.
