  • GEOL.DESC: QUARTZ EXPOSURES ON SURFACE ARE MASSIVE COVERING THE A SUMMIT OF THE HILL FOR A THICKNESS OF ALMOST 150 FT. A FAULT HAS DISPLACED THE ORE VEIN NEAR THE SURFACE. A SECOND VEIN OF UNKNOWN THICKNESS OCCURS ON THE FOOTWALL, BEING SEPARATED FROM THE CONTACT VEIN BY CLAY AND SLATY ROCK WITH MUCH QUARTZ IN SMALL VEINS.
