Deposit QUARTZ OUTCROPS THROUGH ALLUVIUM ABOUT 200 YDS. BELOW THE CONTACT OF SEDIMENTS AND THE GRANODIORITE. ORE WAS COBBED BY HAND. QUARTZ CONTAINS CLOTS AND ROSETTES OF MOLYDENUM AS WELL AS PYRITE,CHALCOPYRITE,CU OXIDES. REB BENNET DESCRIBES A SILICIFIED BRECCIA ZONE 2-4 FT WIDE EXPOSED FOR ABOUT 180 FT WITH VERY FINE GRAINED SULFIDE (PYRITE) DISSEMINATED THROUGHOUT THE VEIN. ALSO, JUST EAST OF THIS, 2 SHALLOW PROSPECT PITS EXPLORE FE OXIDE STAINED QUARTZ VEINS LESS THAN 6 INCHES WIDE;OLD BULLDOZER CUTS EXPOSING INTRUSIVE CONTACT. ALSO AT DESERT VIEW, QUARTZ IN GRANODIORITE. VEIN IS ABOUT 2 FT WIDE AND IS TRACEABLE FOR 100FT. IRON-STAINING AND MOLYBDENUM CRYSTALS IN THE QUARTZ.
