  • THE PRINCIPAL UNDERGROUND WORKING IS A TUNNEL DRIVEN 300 FT ON A NORTHWESTERLY COARSE FROM A POINT ABOUT 200 FT BELOW THE SUMMIT. CROSSCUTS THAT AGGREGATE 100 FT OR MORE HAVE BEEN MADE AT SEVERAL POINTS ALONG THE COARSE OF THE TUNNEL. IN ADDITION, THERE ARE SEVERAL SMALL SHAFTS AND PITS NEARBY.
