Deposit GRAY TO BROWN SHALE AND INTERBEDDED BROWN FINEGRAINED SANDSTONE CUT BY A SERIES OF PARALLEL QUARTZ VEINS AND VEINLETS. STIBNITE OCCURS AS BLEBS, SMALL PODS, AND SINGLE CRYSTALS IN QUARTZ AND IN THE SHALE AND SANDSTONE.
Deposit BOTTOMLEY PROSPECTS ARE ON THE TOPS OF TWO KNOLLS AT THE NORTH END OF TRINITY RANGE. THE MINE IS DEVELOPED BY SEVERAL SHALLOW TRENCHES ALONG STIBNITE-BEARING QUARTZ VEINS.
