Deposit QUARTZ FISSURE VEINS IN OR NEAR FAULT ZONES AND SOMETIMES AT CONTACTS OF DIABASE DIKES. ZONE OF QUARTZ VEINS AND STOCKWORKS IS ABOUT 10 M WIDE. WALLROCK IS SERICITIZED PHYLLITE. THE QUARTZ VEIN WORKED- IN EARLY 1900'S IS ABOUT 0.33 M WIDE. SB-PB OXIDE STAINS, ABU-NDANT LIMONITE CASTS AFTER PYRITE. AREA IS NEAR CONTACT WITH U-PPER MEMBER PRIDA CARBONATES APPROXIMATELY 30-40 M ABOVE CONTA-CT. DEPOSIT APPEARS TO HAVE SOME POTENTIAL FOR BULK-MINEABLE A-U. GOOD ZONE OF QUARTZ STOCKWORKS AND ABUNDANT FE OXIDE AFTER -PYRITE IN PHYLLITES WITH LOCALLY STRONG SERICITIC ALTERATION.
