| Deposit | ORE OCCURRED IN BLACK BRECCIATED LIMESTONE BETWEEN TWO FAULTS. DEPOSIT CONSISTS OF BUNCHES AND BRANCHING STRINGERS OF QUARTZ AND CALCITE IN LIMESTONE BOUNDED BY FISSURES AND GRADING INTO THE HOST ROCK. FIRST CLASS ORE DID NOT CONTAIN CALCITE, GALENA, OR SPHALERITE. SCHEELITE MINERALIZATION OCCURS IN A NARROW ZONE IN ALTERED LIMESTONE UNDERLYING THE GRANODIORITE CONTACT, AS FINELY DISSEMINATED GRAINS. N - NNW-TRENDING STOCKWORK BRECCIA ZONE IN LOWER PRIDA SHALEY CARBONACEOUS LIMESTONE ABOUT 100 M FROM KOIPATO GP -CONTACT. QUARTZ-CEMENTED STOCKWORK BRECCIA WITH MULTIPLE VEINL-ETS REPLACING LIMESTONE, SOME COARSE CALCITE. BRECCIATION IN P-ART HYDROTHERMAL ALONG TECTONIC BRECCIA ZONE.; MODEL NAME COULD BE: POLYMETALLIC VEINS. |
| Deposit | LOCATED IN 1864 AND WORKED ON FROM 1869 TO 1921. LATER TUNGSTEN WAS DISCOVERED ON THE PROPERTY. THE MINES ARE DEVELOPED BY 6 MILES OF UNDERGROUND WORKINGS THAT WERE ENTERED THROUGH SEVERAL TUNNELS. ; INFO.SRC : 1 PUB LIT; 2 UNPUB REPT; 3 FIELD OBSERV |
