VEIN IS OFFSET IN THE NW SEGMENT BY A SW TRENDING FAULT. TW0 VEINS INTERSECT, ONE N45W, 45SW, THE OTHER N, 30W. VEIN SIZE DECREASES WITH DEPTH.

Deposit DISCOVERED IN 1864 BY GEORGE SENN, ERECTED SMALL CRUCIBLE FURNACE BUT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. 2500 TONS OF SB ORE MINED DURING W.W.I AND SMALL AMOUNT PRODUCED IN 1939. IN 1940 5 TONS OF ORE WITH 56% SB WERE PRODUCED. IN 1941 MINE WAS OPTIONED TO ANTIMONY PRODUCERS CO. AND TWO SMALL ORE SHIPMENTS MADE THAT YEAR. ORE IS DEVELOPED BY 3 ADITS AND NUMEROUS SMALL PITS. MOST OF THE ORE WAS MINED BY STOPING FROM TWO ADITS. THE MINE IS IN HIGHLY FRACTURED SEDIMENTARY ROCKS OF THE GRASS VALLEY FORMATION. ; INFO.SRC : 1 PUB LIT
