Deposit SILICIFIED FAULT ZONE MINERALIZED WITH GOLD AND SILVER VALUES IN A BRECCIATED, IRON-STAINED, MN-STAINED QUARTZ GANGUE.
Deposit ALTHOUGH IT WAS LOCATED MUCH EARLIER, LITTLE WORK WAS DONE UNTIL 1920 WHEN W. P. HAMMON INTERESTS DEVELOPED IT. IT WAS ACQUIRED IN 1925 BY E. F. KNUDSEN, AND IN 1933 BY A RENO GROUP. DEVELOPMENT CONSISTS OF SEVERAL SHAFTS, UP TO 430 FEET DEEP, DEVERAL ADITS, UP TO 600 FEET DEEP, AND OTHER WORKINGS TOTALLING ABOUT 8000 FEET. ; INFO.SRC : 1 PUB LIT; 3 FIELD OBSERV
