| Deposit | MAIN WORKINGS ARE ON A 20-FT WIDE QUARTZ VEIN IN GRANODIORITE. VEIN CONTAINS MASSES OF CU SULFIDES AND OXIDES ALONG FRACTURES, AS CLOTS, AND WITHIN THE MATRIX OF A BRECCIA. THESE VEINS ARE REPORTED TO HAVE SOME SILVER MINERALIZATION ALONG WITH THE COPPER, ALTHOUGH NONE WAS OBSERVED. THE ADIT AND THE INCLINE HAVE EXPOSED ONLY A SMALL PART OF THE VEIN. SAMPLE 2980 WAS CUT FROM THE EXPOSED PORTION OF THE VEIN WITHIN THE MAIN ADIT AND INCLUDED CHALCOPYRITE, CHALCOCITE, AND CU OXIDE MINERALS IN A QUARTZ BRECCIA. |
