Deposit FOUR UNPATENTED CLAIMS OWNED BY J.W. BARTLETT IN 1937. THE PROPERTY WAS FIRST PROSPECTED FOR COPPER IN THE EARLY DAYS OF THE DISTRICT, BUT NO PRODUCTION WAS MADE. DEVELOPMENT CONSISTS OF AN ADIT SEVERAL HUNDRED FEET LONG, AND A 65-FT-DEEP INCLINED SHAFT. ; INFO.SRC : 1 PUB LIT; 2 UNPUB REPT; 3 FIELD OBSERV
Deposit MOST OF THE WORKINGS ARE IN SMALL PENDANT OR REMNANT OF OLDER SEDIMENTS NEAR CONACT WITH YOUNGER GRANITES. THE INTRUSIVE VEINS ARE GENETICALLY RELATED TO THE GRANITES AS IS THE CASE IN ALL THE DISTRICT, AND CARRY WITH THEM THE MINERALIZATION.
