Deposit SCHEELITE-BEARING TACTITE OCCURS IN TWO BEDS IN THE WINNEMUCCA FORMATION NEAR A CONTACT WITH GRANITE. THE BEDS ARE 1400 FT APART, AVERAGE ABOUT 4 FT THICK, TRACEABLE ON SURFACE FOR ABOUT 100 FT. AVERAGE GRADE OF EXPOSED ORE IN 1944 WAS 0.75 % WO3.
