Deposit AVERAGE WIDTH OF BEN HUR VEIN IS 2 1/2-3 FEET. ORE IS ALL OXIDIZED. VEIN IS MOSTLY BANDED AND SHOWS A FIBER-LIKE CROSS GROWTH OR STRUCTURE WHICH BECOMES NOTICEABLE WITH WEATHERING. PART OF THE EAST VEIN SYSTEM: LOT CREATER (GLACIAL CIRGUE) AU OF EASTERN VEINS CONTAINS MORE SILVER THAN THE WEST VEINS. FORMERLY OWNED BY THE VUKOVICH BROTHERS OF JARBIDGE: OWNED BY CRATER MINING CO. GENL OF NEW YORK IN 1920. 3 CLAIMS ON THE BENHUR VEIN, WHICH IS UP TO 14 FEET WIDE ON THE NO. 2 CLAIM. ; INFO.SRC : 1 PUB LIT
