  • SEVERAL LARGE WAGON-TRAINS OF RICH COPPERSULFIDE ORE WERE SHIPPED TO SACRAMENTO IN 1861 AND THENCE TO SMELTERS IN SWANSEA WALES. INTERMITTENT ACTIVITY ON THE DEPOSITS AS LATE AS 1911, BUT RECENT WORK HAS BEEN BEEN CONFINED TO SPORADIC ASSESSMENT WORK BY CLAIM HOLDERS.
