| Deposit | COPPER-SILVER DEPOSITS WERE FIRST NOTED IN 1880'S BUT ACTIVITY RENEWED IN 1910-1912, AND AGAIN IN 1935-INTERMITTENTLY TO 1953 IN THE DISTRICT. THE ORE BODIES ARE LIMESTONE REPLACEMENTS-GOSSAN-WITH ORE OXIDIZED. MAINLY COPPER CARBONATES WITHMINOR SILVER VALUES. ORE GRADE OF SHIPPED ARE WAS REPORTED TO BE 6% COPPER AND 1OZ. SILVER PER TON.
