  • UPPER WORKINGS ARE IN EXTENSIVE SHEAR & OXID. LS. A ZONE OF REPLACED LS IS N STRIKING & DIPS TO W. THE GREY LS. ON THE "FOOTWALL" OF REPLACED ZONE IS HIGHLY SILIC. & BRX. ON THE W SIDE OF THE ZONE THE RK. CONTAINS HIGHLY OXID. GOSSAN PODS & CU MIN. ALONG FRACTURES. THE ADIT EXPLORES ONE OF THESE FRACTURES WHICH STRIKES N50E. THE HOST RK IS BRX NEAR WORKINGS BUT IS NOT AFFECTED; A SHORT DISTANT AWAY. BEDDING ORIENT. IS DIFFICULT TO DISCERN, BUT IT LOOKS AS THE REPLACEMENT HAS OCCURRED ALONG BEDDING OR AT A LOW TO IT. AN UNIDENTIFIED RED MINERAL, MASSIVE FORM OCCURS IN GOSSAN. ALSO PASS. CONCENTRIC BANDS OF ANGERSITE? SM AMOUNTS OF GALENA FOUND ON DUMP.
