Deposit THE BANNER HILL GROUP OF 23 CLAIMS LIE ON THE WESTERN SLOPE OF BANNER HILL, NORTH OF THE NEVER SWEAT PROPERTY AND IS DEVELOPED BY SHALLOW SURFACE WORKINGS ON THE NORTH AND WEST SLOPE OF THE HILL. THERE IS A CROSSCUT ADIT AT HEAD OF HATHAM CANYON THAT RUNS S. 55 E THE BANNER HILL LEDGE IS NEAR THE SUMMIT IN A SHEAR ZONE THAT STRIKES N 20 E, AND DIPS 80 W IN LIME SILICATES. A COPPER CARBONATE LENS 5 FT-15 FT WIDE IS DEVELOPED BY A 800 FT ADIT AND A WINZE. WORK CEASED IN 1925 WITH THE DEATH OF THE OWNERS. ; INFO.SRC : 1 PUB LIT
