  • BEAR CREEK CO. WAS ACTIVELY EXPLORING THIS PROSPECT IN EARLY 1960'S THEY DROPPED THEIR OPTION AND ANACONDA SPENT 2 WEEKS LOGGING THEIR DRILL HOLES, WHICH EXTEND SEVERAL MILES NW AND SE ALONG PROJECTIONS OF THE OUTCROP EXPOSURE.

Deposit LARGE AREA AFFECTED BY ALTERATION AND MINERALIZATION, POSSIBLY SEVERAL SQUARE MILES. FLAKES AND ROSETTES OF MOLYBDENITE ARE SPARSELY DISSEMINATED THROUGH THE QUARTZ MONZONITE AND ALONG SELVAGES OF QUARTZ VEINLETS.
