Deposit QUARTZ VEINS SMALL CLOTS OF TURQUOISE WERE OBSERVED IN A DARK, GREY-BLACK, SHALE SAMPLE 1971 OF THIS MATERIAL RAN HIGH IN BA, CU AND V WITH LESSER AMOUNTS OF AS, CR, NI, Y. SAMPLE 1972 WAS TAKEN FROM HIGHLY ALTERED AND DISTORTED SEDIMENTS ALONG A FAULT STRUCTURE THAT YIELDED ANOMALOUS CU, NI, BA, AND ZN. SAMPLE 1973, TAKEN FROM A PROSPECT IN THE SAME CLAIM GROUP YIELDED ONLY LOW-GRADE MINERALIZATION. 2 OF THE 3 SAMPLES YIELDED SOME LOW AG VALVES, AND ALL WERE ANOMALOUS IN MERCURY.
