Deposit WHITE QUARTZ VEINS IN A DIORITE MASS WHICH INTRUDES HORNFELS. SERIES OF PARALLEL VEINS OF MILKY AND CLEAR QUARTZ, VUGGY WITH SOME LARGE EUHEDRAL QUARTZ CRYSTALS UP TO 4-5 INCHES ON A FACE SEEN ON DUMPS. YELLOW-BROWN GOSSAN, CLOTS OF QUARTZ WITH PALE GREEN STAIN (BOTH FROM PRESENCE OF ARSENIC MINERALS), CLOTS AND MASSES OF ARSENOPYRITE. DIORITE IS KAOLINIZED ALONG THE WALLS OF THE VEIN, WHICH IS IN THE FOOTWALL OF A 10-15 FT-WIDE SHEAR ZONE. IN THE UPPER (EAST) CUTS, WHITE QUARTZ VEINS LACE BOTH DIORITE AND HORNFELS, WHERE MORE CLOTS OF ARSENOPYRITE WERE SEEN.
