General comments

Subject category Comment text
Deposit SEVERAL MINOR PROSPECTS APPARENTLY EXPLORE NORTH-TRENDING FAULTS OR SHEAR ZONES IN PHYLLITE. AN INCLINED SHAFT EXPLORES IN A DUE N, 40 E FAULT, WHILE A VERTICAL SHAFT EXPLORES A N 10 W, 75 E ZONE. VERY LITTLE QUARTZ VEIN MATTER IS PRESENT ON THE DUMPS AND LITTLE CAN BE SEEN ALONG THE SHEAR ZONES. WHITE QUARTZ VEIN MATTER USUALLY CONTAINS LIMONITE BOXWORKS; PYRITE WAS OBSERVED IN ONE SAMPLE. THE SHEAR ZONES ARE 10-30 CM WIDE.
