General comments

Subject category Comment text
Deposit AN OLDER SHAFT AND A PIT EXPLORE A SILICIFIED BRECCIA ZONE IN SHALE AND QUARTZITES IRON OXIDE MINERALS ARE COMMON IN THE ZONE, AND MOST OF THE BRECCIATED ROCK IS STRONGLY SILICIFIED. PYRITE CAN BE SEEN ON A FEW FRESHLY BROKEN SURFACES. THE NEW HEADFRAME IS ON A 35 DEGREES INCLINED SHAFT. THIS INCLINATION DOES NOT FIT WITH THE HIGH-ANGLE MINERALIZED ZONE OBSERVED 20 M TO THE NW. THEREFORE, A LOW-ANGLE STRUCTURE COULD BE PRESENT IN THE UNDER GROUND WORKINGS. A PROSPECT 250 M TO THE SW NEAR THE WASH HAS A 20 N ADIT ALONG A N 15 E, 70 NW FAULT ZONE.
