| Deposit | LIGHT TO MEDIUM-GRAY PHYLLITE WITH MINOR AMOUNTS OF MILKY WHITE QUARTZ ON DUMP, AS WELL AS APLITE DIKE MATERIAL ON DUMP. UPPER WORKINGS (2 VERY SHORT ADITS) ARE IN FE-STAINED META-INTRUSIVE ROCK (ORIGINALLY A GRANODIORITE OR MONZONITE), STRONGLY LINEATED NOW WITH FAIR AMOUNTS OF CHLORITE. UPPER WORKINGS WERE STARTED ON A MILKY WHITE FE-STAINED QUARTZ VEIN ABOUT 6 INCHES WIDE. LOWER ADIT WAS PROBABLY DRIVEN TO INTERSECT THIS VEIN, BUT DIDN'T MAKE IT! |
