| Deposit | QUARTZ VEINS IN GRANODIORITE HAVE BEEN PROSPECTED FOR GOLD. SEVERAL OF THE VEINS IN PROSPECTS WERE SAMPLED IN SAMPLES 2908 AND 2910. SAMPLE 2909 WAS FROM A SMALL CROSS-CUTTING ADIT IN GRAYISH-BLACK SHALES WITH DISTINCT YELLOW COATING (U OXIDES?) ALONG BEDDING FRACTURES. THE CONTACT BETWEEN PEGMATITE AND HORNFELS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT AREA OF URANIUM CONCENTRATION. |
