  • PLACERS INTERMITTENTLY ACTIVE FROM EARLY 1900'S TO PRESENT. THIS ONE ACTIVE AT TIME OF EXAMINATION IN SEPT, 1984. OPERATIONS OFTEN HAVE A SMALL CATCHMENT FOR WATER FROM WHICH THEY PUMP WATER OVER A SLUICE FILLED WITH GRAVELS FROM DIFFERENT PLACES ALONG THE WEST FLANK OF ROSEBUD PEAK.
