Deposit PIT APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN DUG ON CRYSTALLINE LIMESTONE LENS THAT WAS COMPLETELY REMOVED BY EXCAVATION. CRYSTALLINE LIMESTONE ON DUMP CONTAINS EPIDOTE AND QUARTZ STRINGERS. JUST TO THE SW, A PROSPECT TRENCH CONTAINS SUGARY QUARTZOSE ROCK WITH ABUNDANT DISSEMINATED PYRITE AND NEARBY IRON-STAINED QUARTZ FLOAT. DUMP MATERIAL ASSAYED A TRACE OF AU AND 0.44 OZ/T AG. ABOUT 0.5 MILE TO THE NW ARE SOME SHALLOW PROSPECT PITS ON 1 FT WIDE QUARTZ LENSES WITH IRON OXIDE STAIN.
