| Deposit | 1-IN.- TO 4-FT-THICK QUARTZ VEINS TRACEABLE AT SURFACE FOR SEVERAL HUNDRED FEET. SEVERAL VEINS ARE INTENSELY FOLDED AND MOST HAVE BEEN FAULTED. THE QUARTZ IS UNUSUALLY VUGGY. THE GOLD AND SILVER VALUES ARE FOUND IN IRON OXIDE STAINED QUARTZ; GOLD IS ALSO PRESENT IN SMALL LENTICULAR BODIES OF SERPENTINE AND TALC. |
