Subject category Comment text
Deposit THE DEPOSIT CONSISTS OF A MINERALIZED BOULDER ABOUT 3 FEET IN DIAMETER EXPOSED IN THE BULLDOZED ROADWAY.
Deposit PART OF THE MANGANESE BOULDER IS ENCLOSED IN THE RED LIMESTONE BEDROCK; THE REST IS OBSCURED BY LOOSE, BULLDOZED DEBRIS. NO BASALT WAS SEEN IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE MANGANIFEROUS BOULDER; HOWEVER, A RED LIMESTONE-BASALT GRADATIONAL CONTACT IS EXPOSED ONLY A FEW FEET AWAY. ; INFO.SRC : 1 PUB LIT
