  • FISSURE VEIN MIGHT BE A CONTINUATION OF THE SOTO FAULT AND VEIN SYSTEM TO THE WEST. PORPHYRY IN THIS REGION TENDS TO FORM INTRUSIVE SHEETS BETWEEN THE SEDIMENTS WHICH DIP 10-30 SW. REGIONAL FAULTING PRIOR TO INTRUSION AND MINERALIZATION. LONGFELLOW LIMESTONES ARE EXTENSIVELY EXPOSED IN THIS REGION.
