LIMESTONES ARE FOSSILIFEROUS, AND METAMORPHOSED FORMING WHITE COLORED MARBLE MANTOS. IN THE VALLE DE JULIETA THERE ARE RHYOLITE AND BASALTIC VOLCANICS OVERLAYING CARBONATES.
