Deposit VEINS PINCH AND SWELL, SOME ARE BRECCIATED. VEINS ARE PERPENDICULAR TO REGULAR STRUCTURE. MOST OF THE VEINS ARE IN THE CONTACT ZONE BETWEEN EL CALLAO AND YURUARI FMS. VEINS ARE VERY WEATHERED AT THE SURFACE AND THE PYRITE HAS BEEN ALTERED TO LIMONITE AND GOETHITE. ORE BODY (1): WIDTH IS DEPTH; DRILL INTERVALS OF 0.065 TO 0.93 OZ/T AU OVER INTERVALS OF 9.2 TO 141.0 FT.
Deposit GOMEZ (1986) REPORTS TWO VEINS: N75E61S AND N75E68S; PINCH AND SWELL BOUDINS 10 CM-3 M LONG AND 20 CM THICK; VEIN PARALLELS FOLIATION.
