General comments

Subject category Comment text
Deposit DUE TO INTENSE WEATHERING OF THE ROCK, IT APPEARS THAT HYDROTHERMAL ALTERATION DID NOT HAVE AN EFFECTIVE IMPACT.
Deposit WORKINGS OF THE MINE APPARENTLY CEASED DUE TO THE LOW PRODUCTION OF GOLD AND SILVER, AND FROM THE EFFECTS OF POOR ADMINISTRATION. BUENAVENTURA (1975) SUGGESTS THE THE APPARENT POORNESS OF THE ORE QUALITY IS THE REASON FOR THE LACK OF ECONOMIC IMPORTANCE OF THE MINE, BUT MAINTAINS THAT MORE EXPLORATIONS IN THE SURROUNDING AREA SHOULD BE UNDERTAKEN.
