Deposit THE PROPERTY WAS OPERATED BOTH BEFORE AND AFTER THE CIVIL WAR, WITH THE LAST OPERATIONS BEING ABOUT 1905. SOME VERY RICH ORE WAS FOUND AND CONSIDERABLE SURFACE WORKING WAS CARRIED ON IN ADDITION TO UNDERGROUND MINING. ONE SHAFT WAS SUNK ABOUT 120 FT. ; INFO.SRC : 1 PUB LIT; 3 FIELD OBSERV
