Deposit DEPOSIT CONSISTS OF TWO EROSIONAL REMNANTS, ONE SMALL AND INCONSPICUOUS. ONE 50-LB SAMPLE ASSAYED PERCENTAGES OF 1.6 TIO2, 0.1 ZRO2, AND 17.6 FE. RELATIVE PERCENTAGES OF HEAVY MINERALS PRESENT ARE 87.0 OPAQUES, 5.6 ZIRCON, 5.1 GARNET, 1.0 EACH TOURMALINE, RUTILE, AMPHIBOLE, EPIDOTE, AND SPHENE, AND TRACES OF CHLORITE, BIOTITE, AND STAUROLITE. THE POTENTIAL RESOURCES OF TITANIFEROUS SANDSTONE IN 19 WYOMING DEPOSITS, INCLUDING THE LOVELL, ARE 21,873,000 ST WITH WEIGHTED AVERAGE GRADE PERCENTS OF 5.22 TIO2, 0.55 ZRO2, 24.75 FE, AND 0.15 EQUIVALENT THO2. (2).
