Deposit COMPOSITE OF 5 SAMPLES FROM OPEN CUTS CONTAINED PERCENTAGES OF 21.0 TIO2, 2.3 ZRO2, 34.0 FE, AND 0.04 EQUIVALENT THO2. RELATIVE PERCENTAGES OF HEAVY MINERALS PRESENT ARE 84.2 OPAQUES, 10.3 ZIRCON, 3.0 GARNET, AND 1.0 EACH EPIDOTE, TOURMALINE, MONAZITE, STAUROLITE, AMPHIBOLE, SPHENE, BIOTITE, AND SPINEL. THE POTENTIAL RESOURCES OF TITANIFEROUS SANDSTONE IN 19 WYOMING DEPOSITS, INCLUDING SHEEP MOUNTAIN, ARE 21,873,000 ST WITH WEIGHTED AVERAGE GRADE PERCENTS OF 5.22 TIO2, 0.55 ZRO2, 24.75 FE, AND 0.15 EQUIVALENT THO2 (2).
