Deposit IRREGULAR ALTERATION ZONES MORE THAN 1 KM LONG AND AS MUCH AS 150 M WIDE HAVE BEEN DEVELOPED WHERE LIMESTONE HAS BEEN CONVERTED TO GARNET AND OTHER SILICATES AND CHALCOPYRITE, PYRRHOTITE AND PYRITE HAVE BEEN INTRODUCED. FAVORABLE LIMESTONE BEDS ARE GARNETIZED AS MUCH AS 500 METERS FROM THE CONTACT WITH THE QUARTZ-MONZONITE STOCK. GARNET HAS ALSO FORMED ALONG PORPHYRY DIKES FOR A DISTANCE OF SEVERAL HUNDRED METERS. SEVERAL ORE BODIES HAVE BEEN DEVELOPED WITHIN THE AREA
