The Outcrop Patterns Of Veins Suggest That The Vein Fissures May Have Originated As Tension Fractures Between Two Principal Nw Striking Shear Zones, Carmen-Corona-Santa Ursula To The Ne And Potosi Ramal Structure To The Sw.

High Grade Vein Material Is Often Brecciated And Contains Mainly White Quartz, Whereas Lower Grade Ore May Have Jasper Or Amethystine Quartz With Stringers Of Pyrite And Sphalerite.
