Deposit	DEPOSIT LOCATED 2 KM SSE OF CURRAIS NOVOS. ORE OCCURS IN A 60 CM BED (OR BEDDING PLANE VEIN) OF COARSELY CRYSTALLINE CALCITE STREAKED WITH EPIDOTE-GARNET-QUARTZ. BOTH HANGING WALL AND FOOTWALL ARE BIOTITIC-FELDSPATHIC THIN-BEDDED QUARTZITE. THE BEDS ARE 1 TO 5 CM THICK, THE PLANES MARKED BY EXTRA AMOUNTS OF BIOTITE, EVEN THOUGH THE ENTIRE ROCK IS HIGHLY BIOTITIC. THE ROCK MAY DIP UP TO 45 DEGREES OR MORE, BUT THE BEDDING PLANES ARE TRUE PLANES. THE MINE IS LOCATED 2 KM SSE OF THE TOWN OF CURRAIS NOVOS, RIO GRANDE DO NORTE.
