| Deposit | ON THE FISHER LODE. VEINS CROSS THE PROPERTY FOR ABOUT 0.8 KM (0.5 MI). THE VEIN IS A CONTINUATION OF THAT OF THE WALNUT GROVE MINE, BUT WIDENS OUT TO 4.6 M (15 FT) IN SPOTS. IT CONSISTS OF FRIABLE QUARTZ, WITH MUCH IRON OXIDE, PYRITE AND GOLD. THE ORE FREQUENTLY SHOWED FREE GOLD TO THE NAKED EYE. |
