Deposit PROPERTY CONSISTED OF 100 ACRES (40.5 HA) IN FEE AND 112 ACRES (45.4 HA) IN MINERAL RIGHTS. THE PROPERTY WAS PROBABLY ALSO MINED LATER FOR IRON. IN LATE 1970'S NEW JERSEY ZINC (NOW GULF AND WESTERN INDUSTRIES) DRILLED IN VICINITY OF OLD FALLING CREEK MINE TO 700 FEET DEPTH AND INTERSECTED 22 FEET OF 8% ZN, 0.8% PB AT 150-200 FEET BELOW SURFACE.
