BECAUSE OF FINANCIAL PROBLEMS, FROM 1858-1863 ONLY WORK DONE BY TRIBUTORS. THEN NORWICH REORGANIZED AND FORMED A CONSOLIDATION WITH THE WINDSOR MINE, AND WORK RECOMMENCED.
