| Deposit | THE DEPOSIT WAS SOFT AND WEATHERED TO A DEPTH OF 15 FEET WHERE THE WALLS WERE ENCOUNTERED AND THE BARITE BECAME HARD CRYSTALLINE. AT ONE END OF THE WORKINGS THE BARITE IS ASSOCIATED WITH SPHALERITE: AT THE SOUTH END IT CONTAINS CHIEFLY GALENA, WHILE BETWEEN THEM THE DEPOSIT IS LARGELY BARITE ALONE. |
