  • J.M. SHARP OF BUDDS LAKE NJ OPENED MINE IN 1870 ON LAND OF WM. SHARP BUT WAS TOO FAR FROM RR. AND SOON CLOSED. REOPENED IN 1880, 25 TO 30 TONS REMOVED AND AGAIN CLOSED
