  • IN 1987 VISIBLE WORKINGS WERE A SERIES OF STEPWISE PITS EXTENDING FOR MORE THEM 300 FT; NO EXPOSURES IN PITS BUT FLOAT OF MASSIVE WHITE, BEDDED BARITE WITH BRECCIA FRAGMENTS AND MN OXIDES AND HEMATITE COULD BE SEEN. PITS ARE OVERGROWN WITH VEGETATION.
