General comments

Subject category Comment text
Deposit THE THREE SEGMENTS OF THE DEPOSIT ARE EROSIONAL REMNANTS OF A LARGER CONTINUOUS DEPOSIT. THEY LIE ON THE CREST OF A HORSESHOE-SHAPED RIDGE AT THE HEAD OF A STEEP GULCH. ONLY THE LARGEST OF THE THREE SEGMENTS WAS ACCESSIBLE TO THE DRILL, SO THE OTHER TWO WERE NOT TESTED. THE ENRICHED ZONE IN THE DEPOSIT BEGINS AT THE SURFACE, WHERE TESTED, AND HAS AN AVERAGE THICKNESS OF 22.5 FEET, OF WHICH 2.5 FEET IS LATERITE AND 20 FEET SOFT SERPENTINE. THE SOFT SERPENTINE BELOW THE ENRICHED ZONE IN THE TWO HOLES DRILLED AVERAGES 8 FEET IN THICKNESS.
